By accessing or using Tafel Learn, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Use of the Service
Tafel Learn provides an educational system designed to support learning through structured practice and diagnostics.
The service is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Tafel Learn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university or testing organization, including AAMC, College Board, ACT, or others.
2. Account Requirements
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
3. Age Requirements
Users under 13 may not use this service.
Users aged 13 to 17 must have permission from a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors.
All purchases must be made by an individual aged 18 or older.
4. Account Sharing
Accounts are licensed to a single user and may not be shared.
We may limit or suspend access if we detect multiple simultaneous sessions, unusual usage patterns, or attempts to bypass restrictions.
5. Purchases and Payments
Each course is a one-time purchase with a fixed access period. Access begins at the time of purchase and expires automatically at the end of the stated period.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect completed purchases.
If you have an issue with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it before initiating a payment dispute.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund guarantee on your first purchase.
To request a refund, contact support@tafellearn.com within 30 days of your first purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
This guarantee applies to one refund per customer. Subsequent purchases after a refund are not eligible for additional refunds.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate repeated purchase-and-refund activity.
7. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes may provide discounts or limited access.
Codes are subject to terms at the time of distribution, including expiration dates, usage limits, and eligible products.
Only one promotional code may be applied per purchase unless stated otherwise.
8. Educational Disclaimer
The service provides educational support only.
It is a supplemental learning tool and not a replacement for your course instruction.
We do not guarantee exam results, score improvements, or academic outcomes. Results depend on individual effort and usage.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, including questions, explanations, diagnostics, algorithms, and program structure, is the property of Tafel Learn and protected by law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
You may not use the service for commercial purposes without written permission.

By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related communications about your account and access.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
11. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Tafel Learn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including academic outcomes or exam performance.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse.
You may stop using the service at any time.
If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
If arbitration is not applicable, disputes will be resolved in courts located in Texas.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
